Platform Nature

PlastigoMart is a B2B marketplace and lead generation platform where sellers can list their products and buyers can submit inquiries or business requirements. Leads received from buyers are reviewed internally and may be shared with sellers based on subscription plans, category relevance, availability, and admin discretion.

Subscription & Lead Access Services

Sellers may purchase subscription plans, lead access packages, featured listings, promotional services, vendor verification services, or consultation services through the platform. All services are activated digitally after successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation requests may only be accepted before activation of services. Once a subscription plan is activated, leads are shared, dashboard access is enabled, or promotional services are started, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Refund Policy

Payments made for lead access plans, premium memberships, featured listings, advertisements, promotional services, verification charges, and consultation services are generally non-refundable in nature.

Refunds shall not be provided for:

  • Non-conversion of business leads
  • Low response from buyers
  • Unsatisfactory business results
  • Partially used subscription plans
  • Delay in business communication from buyers
  • Change of mind after service activation
Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may only be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not activated

  • Incorrect amount deduction due to system error
Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Consultation Services

Business consultation services booked through PlastigoMart may be rescheduled subject to availability. No refund shall be applicable once consultation services have started or been completed.

Fraudulent Claims

PlastigoMart reserves the right to reject refund claims found to be fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or involving chargeback misuse. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be suspended permanently.
